Mr. Robert Zupko
Art Teacher

Robert Zupko aquired a BFA in Graphic Design with a specilaization in Illustration, from The College of New Jersey. He began his professional career as a graphic designer, at a succesful advertising agency, as well as working independently designing websites and corporate identities. He eventually became an art director, managing the strategic and creative advertising of several large pharmaceutical accounts. Eventually he decided to pursue an enduring interest in arts education and attended Montclair State University, where he eventually received a Master of Arts in Teaching Art.

After briefly teaching as an adjunct at Union County College, he began teaching full time at Knollwood School in Fair Haven, New Jersey, where he remained for 10 years. In 2015, he made the change from teaching middle school to high school, and began teaching Digital Photography and Computer Art & Design at Ocean Township High School. In addition to teaching the digital arts, he is the Art Club Advisor with whom he has recently begun a large scale public art project for the high school courtyard. He also raises chickens.
