The Township of Ocean School District offers an optional pre-tax 125 Cafeteria Plan for qualifying un-reimbursed health costs to all of its full time employees through OCA Benefit Services LLC.

Cafeteria (Section 125)
Service	Included	Coverage
Un-Reimbursed Medical Plan	Medical, dental, prescription, vision care, orthodontic, physical therapy, chiropractics, acupuncture, psychotherapy, or any other heath expense as outlined in the Cafeteria Plan.	$3,200.00 annual maximum via a pre-tax payroll deduction from employee's salary

New employees who must contribute towards family health insurance medical premium may use the 125 Cafeteria Plan to pay the premiums with pre-tax dollars.
