Please fill out the "Report a Threat Form" if you are reporting the following:
1. Someone has made a threat to harm themself.
2. Someone has made a threat to harm a student.
3. Someone has made a threat to harm a staff member.
4. Someone has made a threat to destroy a school building or property.
If one of the above threats has been made do not delay in making the report. In addition to completing this form, please call the police department to report the threat immediately.
