Dependent Care Cafeteria

The Township of Ocean School District offers an optional pre-tax 125 Cafeteria Plan for qualifying dependant care to all of its full time employees through OCA Benefit Services LLC.

Cafeteria (Section 125)
Service	Included	Coverage
Dependent Care	Care of a dependent incurred so the employee & spouse can work or look for work. Overnight camps excluded. Additional qualifications are outlined in the Cafeteria Plan	$5,000 maximum via a pre-tax payroll deduction from employee's salary
